Terms & Conditions
By engaging ForgeWeb for web design services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Scope of work is defined in your project proposal or Statement of Work. Changes outside scope may incur additional charges.
Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by late content supply, feedback, or approval from the client may extend the delivery date.
Client responsibilities — you agree to provide accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete the project.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining 50% is due on project completion before final files are transferred.
For larger projects, a three-payment schedule may be agreed in writing.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the website files transfers to you.
ForgeWeb retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
Warranties & guarantees
We guarantee our work is free from defects for 30 days post-launch. Bugs discovered within this period are fixed at no charge.
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates — these depend on many factors outside our control.
Online quotes and estimates are indicative only and subject to a discovery call and scope confirmation.
The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If ForgeWeb cancels a project for reasons within our control, a full refund of any unused deposit will be issued.
Limitation of liability
ForgeWeb's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of business, revenue, or data.
